Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Emerald website and protocol. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.
No investment advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Emerald is software. Coins launched on it are created by third parties. You are responsible for your own decisions and for understanding what you are interacting with.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use decentralised financial software in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use Emerald where doing so would be unlawful.
Non custodial
Emerald never takes custody of your assets. You transact directly from your own wallet through smart contracts. We cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover funds, and there is no switch that pauses your market.
Fees
Launching a coin costs a 0.001 ETH launch fee plus network gas. Each coin then carries a creator-chosen pool fee from 0.01% to 5%, split 70/30 creator and protocol. Unit pools carry a 0.30% fee. There are no other charges and no tax on any coin.
Software provided as is
The protocol and site are provided without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Networks can fail or congest. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerald and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the protocol.
Changes
We may update these terms as the protocol evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new review date.
